The automata collection of Patrick Rylands, a renowned British toy designer, is coming up for auction on August 29th. Most of the pieces were bought from CMT in Covent Garden. 

Included is The Zen Garden, a one-off original by Paul Spooner from 1996. There’s also lots of works from 14 Balls Toy Co, designed by Paul Spooner, made by Matt Smith as well as some pieces by Ron Fuller.
