Terms & Conditions

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our catalogue, and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button alongside any items that you wish to buy. After you have finished choosing, click on ‘View Cart’ and you will be asked for a few details to complete the order.

Payment
Payments are processed by PayPal or Google Checkout. Your credit or debit card will be charged when you place your order. You do not need a PayPal account to place an order.

Currency: All charges are made in GBP. If you are shopping from North America or elsewhere, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Tax Charges
UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate except on those goods that are zero rated or exempt from VAT charges (e.g. books) is payable on all purchases. Overseas customers do not pay UK sales tax (VAT) unless they reside in a European community, E. C. country. I.E. Belgium, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Austria, Eire, Luxembourg, Portugal, and Greece. EC businesses registered for vat are exempt from paying vat providing they can provide their vat registration number (with country code). Proof of identity will also be required.

At present, orders from the Channel Islands will be refunded the VAT costs after the sale.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order on the day we receive it or the following business day. Depending on location and delivery method, international orders are generally received in under 14 days (Most are delivered within 7 days of order placement). UK orders should arrive within 3 days.

Privacy Policy
We do not disclose your details to any third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item.
