Automata enthusiast Marc Horowitz launched a new online publication, Automata Magazine at the beginning of January 2019. There has been an overwhelming response, and the first issue includes several articles on making automata, a peek inside the mind of the automata collector by enthusiast Sergio Pinese, and some great articles on visiting automata collections. Sarah Alexander has written the first part of CMT’s history focusing on the Falmouth years.
The next issue will be published in early March, in which Paul Spooner discusses his piece, The Last Judgement and Sarah Alexander’s history of CMT continues.
